Summary
This large observational study will follow 100,000 elderly Chinese adults to see how conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol impact kidney disease and overall health. Participants will provide blood and urine samples and be tracked over time through clinic visits and medical records. The goal is to improve early detection and management of kidney problems in older people.
