Summary
This study tested a new drug called CK-0045 in people with type 2 diabetes who are overweight or obese. The goal was to see if a weekly injection could improve blood sugar control after meals and help with weight loss. The trial was stopped early, but it involved 90 adults receiving either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks.
