Summary
This study tested a new drug called CK-0045 in people with type 2 diabetes who are overweight or have obesity. The goal was to see if a weekly injection could improve blood sugar control after meals and help with weight loss. The trial was stopped early, so results are not available. It involved 90 adults aged 18-74 with a BMI between 27 and 40.
