Summary
This study followed 134 people with a first episode of neurological symptoms (clinically isolated syndrome) to develop better ways to detect and track nerve damage. The goal is to help doctors decide sooner whether to adjust treatment for those at risk of developing multiple sclerosis. Participants had MRI scans and eye exams over time, and the study focused on predicting long-term disability.
