Summary
This study tests whether a specific sequence of position changes can improve outcomes for people experiencing prolonged labor. Researchers will randomly assign 82 participants to either the position-change circuit or standard care. The goal is to see if the circuit shortens the first stage of labor, reduces complications, and improves satisfaction.
