Summary

This study tests whether a specific sequence of position changes can improve outcomes for people whose labor is progressing slowly. About 82 participants with prolonged labor will be randomly assigned to either the circuit of position changes or standard care. The goal is to see if the circuit shortens the first stage of labor, reduces complications, and improves satisfaction.
