First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or evening is better for reducing liver fat in postmenopausal women with fatty liver disease. 63 women will be placed into morning exercise, evening exercise, or a no-exercise group for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat, heart health, and gut bacteria to see if timing matters.
