Summary

This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or evening makes a difference in reducing liver fat for postmenopausal women with fatty liver disease. Sixty-three women aged 45-75 will be placed into morning exercise, evening exercise, or a no-exercise group for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure liver fat, heart health markers, and gut bacteria changes before and after the program.
