Summary

This study tests whether the drug cilostazol can reduce delayed brain injury in people who have had a bleeding aneurysm. About 316 adults will receive either cilostazol or a placebo to see if it helps prevent complications and improve recovery. The goal is to find a safe way to protect the brain after this serious event.
