Shocking images on cigar packs aim to deter teen smokers
NCT ID NCT06413797
Summary
This study tested whether stronger warning labels with images could prevent teenagers from using little cigars and cigarillos. Researchers surveyed 928 young people aged 15-20 who were either current users, had tried these products, or were at risk of starting. The goal was to provide evidence to help the FDA create more effective warnings that might reduce youth tobacco use.
