Churches mobilize to fight heart disease in latina communities

NCT ID NCT05473871

Summary

This study tests different ways churches can help Latina women become more physically active to prevent heart disease. Researchers will work with 28 churches to train leaders and community health workers, then compare which approaches work best. They'll measure whether 560 participants increase their exercise levels over 12 months and maintain those changes for 6 more months.
