Churches recruit 560 women in major push to fight heart disease

Summary
This study is testing different ways to help churches run successful exercise programs for Latina women, aiming to increase physical activity and prevent heart disease. Researchers will work with 28 churches and 560 women to compare a standard program against versions with extra training and support for church leaders. The goal is to find the best methods to make these health programs work well and last long-term in community settings.
