NCT ID NCT07328672
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study will enroll 45 women with chronic pelvic pain to see if adding pain neuroscience education or basic body awareness therapy to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve how the body responds to pain. Participants will be split into three groups: standard care alone, standard care plus pain education, or standard care plus body awareness therapy. The goal is to find better ways to manage this condition without drugs or surgery.
