Summary
This study tested a program to help Hungarian teenagers (ages 12-18) with chronic pain become more active and manage their pain better. The program combined motivational interviewing and self-management techniques, delivered either in person or via video. The goal was to see which approach worked best and how it helped teens feel more in control of their lives.
