New training helps teens take control of chronic pain

Summary
This study tested two types of training (in-person vs. video-based) to help 96 Hungarian teenagers aged 12-18 with chronic pain become more active and manage their pain better. The program combined motivational interviewing with self-management techniques. The goal was to see which approach worked best and how it boosted the teens' confidence and independence.
