Summary
This study tested a 10-week educational program designed specifically for Korean Americans living with chronic pain. The program taught coping strategies and aimed to reduce negative thoughts about pain (pain catastrophizing) to improve daily life. Researchers worked with the community to adapt the program and tested whether participants found it helpful and easy to complete.
