Summary
This study aims to find biological markers (biomarkers) that can tell whether a person with long-term muscle or joint pain will recover or develop lasting disability. Researchers will follow 250 adults with chronic musculoskeletal pain, using questionnaires and possibly imaging to track their progress. The goal is to improve diagnosis and treatment planning, not to test a new therapy.
