First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study looked at 98 women who had a blood patch to treat severe headaches caused by an accidental spinal fluid leak during labor. Researchers wanted to see if certain factors during the blood patch procedure were linked to headaches that last 1 to 6 months.
