This study is observing up to 500,000 adults with chronic gastrointestinal diseases like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and eosinophilic GI disorders. Researchers are collecting data from medical records and patient reports to understand how these diseases progress and how well different treatments work over time. No new treatments are being tested—the goal is to learn from real-world patient experiences to improve future care.
