Summary
This study is collecting information from 500,000 patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease. Researchers will track how these conditions progress over time and what treatments patients receive in real-world settings. The goal is to better understand these diseases and improve care by analyzing medical records and patient surveys.
