Summary
This study tests a new cholera vaccine (called OSP:rTTHc) in about 390 healthy adults and children aged 1 to 45 living in areas where cholera is common. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response, either as a single shot or two doses. Results will help decide the best way to use this vaccine to prevent cholera.
