Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding chlorpromazine, a medication used for mental health conditions, to standard chemotherapy and radiation is safe for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Ten adult patients participated to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal was to see if this combination could be studied further to improve disease control.
