Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding the drug chlorpromazine (normally used for other conditions) to standard chemotherapy and radiation is safe for people newly diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Ten adults participated to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal was to see if this combination could help control the disease.
