First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding chiropractic manipulation to standard physiotherapy helps people with a slipped disc in the lower back. 45 adults were split into three groups: one got only physiotherapy, another added back adjustments, and the third added pelvic adjustments. Researchers measured pain, disability, fear of movement, and range of motion to see which approach worked best.
