Summary
This study tested a program called CHIME that teaches mindfulness and compassion to educators working in Early Head Start and Head Start programs. Over 500 teachers took part, with some receiving the training right away and others later. The goal was to see if the program reduces teacher stress, improves emotional health, and benefits the social-emotional skills of the children in their classrooms.
