Summary

This study tested a program called CHIME that teaches mindfulness and compassion to educators working in Early Head Start and Head Start programs. The goal was to see if it helps teachers feel less stressed, regulate their emotions better, and improve their overall well-being. The study involved 571 educators and also looked at whether the program had any positive effects on the social and emotional skills of the children in their classrooms.
