Summary

This study compares three different programs to help pregnant women maintain a healthy weight during and after pregnancy. About 795 women who are Black, Hispanic, or on Medicaid will join from early pregnancy until one year after giving birth. The goal is to see which program works best to reduce weight gain and improve health outcomes.
