Summary
This study aims to understand how stressful or traumatic childhood experiences might affect heart and blood vessel health later in life. Researchers are recruiting 120 young people, including children (9-17) and young adults (18-30), to measure their heart function, blood vessel health, and stress levels. The goal is to learn more about the connection between early life stress and future risk for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
