Summary
This study tests a new way to treat children and teens with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), the most common childhood cancer. Researchers are using updated risk factors to decide how strong chemotherapy should be and adjusting doses of a key drug based on blood levels. The goal is to improve cure rates while reducing side effects. About 560 participants will be followed for several years.
