Summary
This study aimed to build a national database of children with cancer who also had developmental abnormalities, like birth defects or growth delays. Researchers enrolled 998 children to look for patterns and identify new genetic syndromes that might increase cancer risk. The goal was to collect information to help future research understand the biological connections between early development and cancer.
