NCT ID NCT07520149
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a standard chest X-ray can help find congenital heart disease in newborns. Researchers will study 60 babies in the NICU who show signs of heart issues. Each baby gets a chest X-ray within 24 hours and an echocardiogram within 72 hours to confirm the diagnosis. The goal is to see which X-ray patterns best predict heart defects, which could speed up treatment.
