First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks back at medical records of people aged 70 and older with advanced colorectal cancer. They received a lower-dose chemotherapy combined with a full-dose antibody treatment. The goal is to see if this approach reduces serious side effects like low white blood cell counts and severe diarrhea, while still helping control the cancer. About 51 participants will be included.
