Summary
This study looks back at medical records of people aged 70 and older with advanced colorectal cancer. Researchers want to see if a lower-dose chemotherapy combined with a full-dose antibody treatment can keep side effects like low white blood cell counts and severe diarrhea below 8%. They will also track how long patients live without the cancer getting worse.
