First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving older lung cancer patients a lower dose of chemotherapy affects how long they live. Researchers will compare survival between patients who got standard doses and those who got reduced doses. The goal is to understand if dose reductions are safe and effective for people aged 65 and older with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
