Summary

This study looks at whether giving older adults (65+) with advanced lung cancer a lower dose of chemotherapy affects how long they live. Researchers will compare survival between those who received standard doses and those who got reduced doses. The goal is to find out if dose reductions are safe and effective for this age group.
