Summary

This study tests if a special exercise program, done before starting chemotherapy, can help prevent or reduce memory loss and brain fog (chemo brain) in older adults with colorectal cancer. The study will include 86 people aged 60-85 who are not currently active. Researchers will measure brain function and blood markers to see if the program helps keep the brain healthy during treatment.
