First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at how a treatment for severe COPD (placing valves in the lungs) changes the amount of oxygen people use during everyday activities like walking or cleaning. Researchers will measure oxygen use before and 6 months after the procedure in 20 patients. The goal is to understand if the treatment makes daily tasks easier on the body.
