Summary
This study tests a program called CHAMPION that helps overweight children with asthma manage their weight and breathing. Researchers want to see if doing the program online works as well as meeting in person. About 500 children aged 4 to 17 with asthma and a BMI in the 85th percentile or higher will take part. The program focuses on healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, and asthma control.
