Summary

This study tested a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (cladribine, homoharringtonine, and cytarabine) in 65 adults under 60 with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal was to see how many patients achieved complete remission and how long they survived. Results help determine if this regimen is a safe and effective first treatment for AML.
