Summary

This study is testing whether using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can help overweight teens with prediabetes follow lifestyle changes better. The goal is to see if real-time glucose feedback improves insulin sensitivity and reduces diabetes risk. About 15 teens aged 10-17 will participate.
