Summary
This study tests whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and watching AI-made health videos on a smartphone can help people with prediabetes keep their blood sugar under control. The goal is to stop prediabetes from turning into type 2 diabetes. About 50 adults aged 35 and older with prediabetes will take part.
