Summary
This study tests a digital tool called CGM ASSIST that helps people with Alzheimer's or dementia and diabetes, along with their caregivers and doctors, better understand blood sugar levels. Participants wear a continuous glucose monitor for 14 days and use easy-to-read displays to spot low blood sugar risks.
