Summary
This study tested a new approach to help 30 adults with prediabetes lower their blood sugar and prevent type 2 diabetes. Participants wore a continuous glucose monitor and watched AI-generated health education videos on their smartphones. The goal was to see if this combination could improve glucose control and reduce time spent with high blood sugar.
