Summary

This phase 2 trial tests an experimental drug called CFI-400945 in 51 people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has already been treated with chemotherapy. The drug is taken by mouth in 28-day cycles. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors. Researchers will also track side effects and study tumor samples to understand how the drug works.
