Summary

This study tests a wellness program for adults with cystic fibrosis who struggle with fatigue and poor sleep. About 80 participants will either join the program or continue their usual care. The program includes coaching sessions and uses a fitness tracker to monitor activity and sleep. The goal is to see if the program helps improve energy, sleep quality, and daily activity.
