New Two-Probe technique aims to cut cervical cancer risk in HIV-Positive women

Summary
This study will test if using two probes during a procedure called thermal ablation works better than the usual one-probe method to prevent cervical cancer in women living with HIV. The study will involve 300 women in Rwanda who have HIV and signs of early cervical changes. The goal is to see if the two-probe approach is safe, acceptable, and more effective at clearing the HPV virus that can lead to cancer.
