Summary
This study will enroll 270 pregnant Native American and Alaska Native women with substance use disorders. Researchers will adapt standard pregnancy and addiction care to better fit Native cultural needs. The goal is to help mothers stay in treatment and attend follow-up visits after giving birth, ultimately reducing the high rate of maternal deaths in this community.
