Summary
This study aimed to understand how a single dose of an experimental drug called cenerimod is processed by the body in people with severe kidney impairment. It compared 16 participants—some with poor kidney function and some healthy—to see if the drug behaves differently. The main goal was to check safety and measure drug levels in the blood, not to treat the kidney disease itself.
