Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell injection called CNK-UT009 in patients with severe inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or colitis) that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and to find the right dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that it might help control the disease.
