First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new treatment for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard therapies. The treatment uses a two-step approach: first, an antibody homes in on cancer cells, then a radioactive particle delivers targeted radiation directly to the tumor. The study will enroll about 180 participants to evaluate safety, dosing, and how well the therapy works.
