First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a two-step process to deliver a radioactive substance directly to cancer cells, aiming to destroy them while sparing healthy tissue. About 180 adults will take part to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
